"Went to cyclechoice as they had the lowest price on a Lezyne Bike Pump I wanted since my pump had given out and they were really close by in Tustin. Ordered the pump on a Tuesday morning, and within hours the price changed back to full price. I thought that was strange, but I had already ordered, so I was good to go at the sale price. Called to verify they received order and that it would ship soon since their site said orders placed by 4PM EST would ship same day. Well, I call them the next day (Wednesday) asking if they have shipped the pump out and customer service representative says they were backed up on orders, and would ship out that day and I would receive an email. No email comes through that day. Called the next day (Thurs), and ask for a tracking number. Told it would definitely ship out that day. Thurs goes by and still no tracking. Called Friday, and asked why an in stock pump has not shipped yet. Customer Service Rep goes and tries to find out what is wrong with order, then accuses me of using a coupon code (as if that would be a bad thing). I tell her I did not use a coupon code and paid the price on the site. Then she says she can ship it, but is going to have to charge full price. This is for an item I had ALREADY paid for in paypal, they want to take MORE money. There are laws against these kind of tactics. Hopefully this company will go under soon. TL;DR Cyclechoice baits customer with low price. Cyclechoice places order on hold without alerting customer until customer calls multiple times about order. Cyclechoice tells customer they will have to charge full price or cancel order."
