On 9/19 I got 3 emails telling me they have shipped my bar tape on 9/19 though tracking information tells me I can not get any data on it through the web only local post office. I paid $8 for 2 day shipping. They said it could take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. It's thursday 9/19 and I might not get it till Wed or Thursday next week. Not two day shipping."

"Paced order over weekend took them a couple days to update shipping but received a tracking number 4 days after my order. Order didnt ship till 2 days after I received the tracking info. I wasn't in a rush so I was able to wait. I emailed them and they responded day after so customer service seemed ok to me. If your in a rush it may be best to place an order somewhere else that can get you what you need quicker and just pay a couple bucks extra its not like these guys are 50%, cheaper or something. I was however happy they were the only place I could order over 10 park tools products and not have to shop all different places. I'll order from them again."

"They admitted they were a drop shipper. Lists items they do not have in their inventory. Website does not reflect their true status. Also, lists same item on Ebay with inaccurate order status. Do not pay with PayPal or you will get a refund that PayPal keeps for 3-5 days."

"Emailed these guys ahead of time before ordering a rim. They assured me that the rim was in stock. So I placed the order the same day that I got the response and was issued a refund days later, due to the item being out of stock. Theses guys are a waste of time, worst customer service ever. I didn't even get an apology. Take your business else where. And to top it off, they still have the rim I tried to purchase posted on their eBay page. Irresponsible business management. "

"Worst customer service ever - I caught them in two lies when they were trying to justify their reasoning for charging a restocking fee. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. If you must return anything, you're going to get screwed because they will lie to make additional money. I've never dealt with any company like this and it's hard to believe companies actually lie to make more money off an order. Anyways, the details are below.
Details: I place an order and once it was finally received it, there was a massive whole in the top of the manufacturers box. I tried the product on and it didn't fit. I looked online and I read the questionable return policy (won't exchange items, can only return and you must place a new order AND there is the chance for a 20% restocking fee). I called them and informed them of the hole in the box and the customer service lady responded "oh no you won't be charged a 20% fee, sometimes UPS mishandles the packages." Weeks later, I receive confirmation that I was charged a 20% fee. When I called them, I told customer service the story, and the lady that answered customer service (Shelly, I believe) told me "No, you put the hole in the box and ruined the box, and now we are stuck with this and can't sell to customers. Also, there is a 30 day return policy and we received after that date." There are two lies. 1) Funny they say they can't resell the box with the hole in it considering they didn't hesitate sending it to me. 2)I PLACED my order on 9/27 and UPS showed the delivery confirmation on 10/20. Finally, I asked to talk to a manager, she wasn't there, so I left my phone number and never received a call back. I called back and was able to talk to Leah and she reluctantly agreed to refund half of the restocking fee as long as I shipped back the box I received from them on my second order. Well that refund equaled my shipping cost so it wasn't worth it.
Anyways, I'm not sure if this is the tone of the top at the company, but there are absolutely no morals involved. I plan on posting on Slowtwitch.com to inform the national triathlon community to make sure no one orders from Cycle Club Sports."
"I ordered a headset on 6/22(wed) and it wasn't even shipped until 6/28(tues). When inquired as to what the holdup was, they told me it was due to extreme weather conditions in SE Texas. According to the internet there were no "extreme" weather conditions. When I pointed this out to their customer service, and informed them that I wouldn't be using them again they said "thanks for the progress report" and didn't offer anything in compensation. "
