"I went to the Cycle Gear store in Elk Grove to purchase a helmet. The selection was nice and I was able to try stuff on to make sure I got the size I wanted. I was looking through the boxes that were piled up on the floor when a sales person said they would check their inventory to see if they had my size in stock. Inventory said they had 1. The first salesperson looked for a while, then enlisted the help of another until both kind of wandered off and started doing other tasks and forgetting about me. I left after a few minutes and ordered what I wanted online. The delivery was fast and my package was undamaged. "

"The package was sitting in NJ for 4-days. Not Cycle-Gear's fault, but annoying. The Gloves are "GOOD" but not great. A bit tight and short in all aspect's. The wrist strap is absolutely useless! I cut them off right away. No loss of functionality. The leather on the fingers are a bit thin. Cuffs are excellent.

This is not a BAD review, just honest. I would go to the store next time and maybe choose a different product (or-not?).

"Update and upgrade an Adventure Helmet. I'm really happy with the Bell mips MX9. Only downfall was shipping out of Nevada to the East coast took a little longer but at the price I paid and my trip isn't until September I won't complain. Brick and motor store about an hour away had everything else I needed and customer service was top notch. One of my favorite stores for motorcycle gear. Online or in person they always get it right."
