"I order a set of heated glove first in a medium and found them to be slightly too small. So I reordered a set in large and in the mean time set up a return authorization with Cycle Gear. I had not been able to deliver the return to UPS when the large pair came in. I found the larges to be slightly to big, it's just my hands they are weird size. I call CG and explained my dilemma and switched the md return to returning the lg pair instead. NO issue the lady took care of the canceling of one return and proceeded with the second paid to return. Excellent service and no drama."
