"For any gear where fit is critical, there is no substitute for actually trying on for size and if they don't have the gear you are looking for in your size the large store inventory, you can order it in from the online in a couple sizes to try on. That's what I just did and it worked out great."
"I ordered a jacket to be shipped to the store in plenty of time for Christmas and I was informed upon tracking it, that it was delivered and I contacted the local store and was informed to check my email as they had informed the distribution center that they had not not received a jacket but another item, so upon checking my email I had been given a store credit and now I have been informed that the jacket I had originally ordered was not only out of stock by discontinued, so now I have to find something else from the store in order to have a Christmas gift for my son. I am so disappointed ."

"I like to see products in person and try them on. However I decided to order the Fly textile jacket online. It arrived in plenty of time and the jacket is great-so far. I bought it for the Spring of ‘21 as it’s leather season right now. Jacket has plenty of pockets although the armor supplied seems somewhat flimsy. Having the zip out liner is a plus. It does seem to run a little on the small size. I ordered a large - I’m a 38 chest with a 34 waist -middle aged spread / pouch.!! Plenty of zips to open both on the arms and chest. I think white gets to the triple digit temps here in the desert Southwest it’s going to serve me well. A little snug at the waist and overall snug everywhere, but perfect for my build . If ordering I recommend a size larger for you big guys. "
