"Cycle gear is one of my favorite online retailers for a few reasons. The site is nice and easy to navigate. Prices are generally competitive. Shipping is quick and usually free. They run pretty good sales so it’s worth keeping an eye out. Their customer service is terrific if you have questions or problems. An actual human being will pick up the phone promptly and politely.

By far the biggest draw though, for me, is that they also have brick and mortar stores so I can return things in person without paying shipping. Also useful for small purchases without free shipping, you can alway ship to store to get around paying for shipping. "
