"Went in to buy a few things for a new bike I bought. The staff there was helpful. Saved me from buying the wrong things!!! Example went in to get a phone mount liked one and he told me they had some issues with not really holding the phone showed me a better option!! Glad i went with that one as well because the other wouldnt have worked with my phone and was harder to use! Open on sundays a huge plus seeing as i work 6 days a week.

"My wife and I went in looking for a jacket and pants. Brendan helped us got down a bunch of jackets and also explained the different helmets. We ended up buying a helmet but he said we could also order online. Just a great store with employees who care."

"I had previewed some helmets on-line, but wanted to actually fit the helmet in the store. I also needed the staff to look at my Bilt modular as the sunshield had dislodged. I stopped by the store, and was greeted as usual and while examining the sunshield I told the sales staff I’d received a $150 Cycle Gear gift certificate from my son for Father’s Day! The staff quickly showed me how to pop-in the sunshield, and ask if he could help me use the gift certificate. I mentioned I had shopped on-line, and there was a Sena half helmet with Bluetooth I liked, but wanted to try one on before ordering... The store is typically busy, but the fellow who quickly repaired my helmet walked me through the varying sizing of the different brands, I tried a few on and selected the helmet I had intended to purchase on-line with the confidence it would fit and I could avoid returning because of a sizing and style issue. I ordered, paid the difference and I’m eager to pick the helmet up at the store. At checkout, the salesman asked if I was Military, or Veteran and I told him I was retired Army... which he thanked me for my service and shared he too was an Army retiree. We had a great chat during the checkout and I accomplished everything I intended for my visit in 15 minutes!"
