"I went in to buy a replacement visor for my bilt helmet and was told it was discontinued. I had purchased the helmet from them a year earlier. They found the visor at another location and told me it would ship out the next day and would arrive the following Monday. When I revived no call that Monday I waited till Tuesday and called them. They said the other store never shipped it and that they would order it from the warehouse. I was told it would take 4 days to arrive and it has now been 6 days. "
