Originally Dustin went out of his way to help me locate the helmet I was looking for. The first original helmet I purchased turned out to be somewhat defective so Dustin went yet again out of his way to help me locate a second helmet. That second helmet also tended to have some imperfections that I was not satisfied with so Dustin manage to help me find yet another helmet that I liked. I went into Cycle Gear of Montclair days after or during the third helmet and spoke with Jose and he and Dustin got together to make things right for me and ensure that this helmet was going to be the winner. As of now three's the charm!"
