"This was my original review for Cymax...Had a great shopping experience with Cymax. So good in fact I have already ordered more furniture from them. Products were packed really well for shipping.
However, with my third shopping experience it is a different experience. I have purchased a sofa which had an estimated delivery date of 11/24/2015 to 30/11/2015. This has passed and I have heard nothing. I have been trying for three days to contact Cymax without success. I can't even get a representative on the phone when I call their customer service centre. I have left my number with their call back service and had no response. I have left an answerphone message and had no response. In that time my order online has gone from saying it is in progress to it has shipped, however I have had no information from Cymax regarding where or when my sofa will turn up. When it does this will be the last purchase I make with Cymax. Customer service is absolutely poor - that is, there is none! "
