"The shipping box was damaged. Apart from this, the product was very shoddy and poorly put together. I contacted Cymax, and we are returning the article. I was told by the first CSR I spoke to that I would have to pay the return shipping and a "restocking" fee to do this, so I contacted Google Protection to resolve this.

After contacting Google Protection, the Cymax customer service was excellent from that point on. They called me the same day, and gave me a total refund without having to return the product. They did ask me to provide some pictures for the manufacturer, which I did.
