"Do not do business with this company. I'm sure that there are a few customers who have had a good order with this company but I not only lost money, but am hopelessly frustrated at the fact that he essentially scammed me of my money.
I ordered numerous items from his site - Enigma, CTA, perfect annihilus, and infinity. As stated on his site, he offered a bonus of war travs, soj, and high rune of his choice if the order exceeded $50. This is the reason why I chose his site. That and the 4 hour guarantee or some free items of his choosing. It truly was too good to be true.
I ordered in the morning. That night, the goods still did not arrive. I messaged him to check on the status. I wasn't a jerk about it, but I wanted to see if he had seen it. He had and mailed me the mule account and password along with the fact that he ran out of annihilus 20/20. He would refund me that. I looked into the mule and as expected did not see the annihilus, but also did not see the Infinity nor the bonus items. I messaged him on that, and he said he would send that to me. The night comes and goes and in the morning I do see the Infinity but do not see the bonus items.
I message him that morning and he stated that after work he would send me the information. However, he did not. Frustrated at the delay and the fact that I had to REMIND him each time of what I ordered, I decided to dispute through Paypal. I did put the Paypal dispute in but received the reply "As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods." How could this be? I've messaged him for several days and I have yet to get a reply. I do not ever see him online on his site. Paypal will not allow me to re-open closed disputes and I cannot go through small claims court since he's protected his address. All I know is his name is Carl Wells and he lives on the west coast. His email address is ****@****.
Do not do business with this scam of a site called d2hr."
