The website said 100% 30-day money back guarantee. None of the tapes were opened when I returned them so they were all in the original packaging. I sent them back on 11/25/14 and have verification that they were received by Datatechstore on 11/28/14. I made numerous phone calls and got the run around about the credit that was due to us, I got excuses like their computers were down and they would call me back, which they never did. I even received an email back stating that our order had been refunded on 1/5/15, but it did not appear on our credit card. On 1/27/15 Chris told me that the credit would be done by the end of the day. We finally received the credit on 1/29/15 but it was not for the full amount. Additional emails have been ignored. "
