"I placed an order and expected to have the items added to my account. Instead, the order says, "processing" and I've never received the items. The charge is on my credit card, and I haven't received the items. I opened a ticket and "Gunnar" says they can't do anything. I asked them to cancel the order and refund it. Here's what he said: "Unfortunately that is not possible for me to do. There is no option for me to cancel an order on my end of the transaction. You must notify me of any updates that are made on your end."
This is totally not consistent with their own help pages on the subject that say, "Step 2: Submit a Sales Support Ticket and include the following: purchase order number, the name of the product(s) that you wish to have refunded..."
Truly, your online shop is broken if you can't refund an order.
Now, I have to dispute this with my Credit Card company.
