Faulty parts - high postage - complicated refund policy - credit only

"80 percent of the iPhone and Samsung lcd screens we purchased were faulty/didn't work and were of low quality
the shipping cost was extremely high
the fact you cant get a refund except for instore credit is just outrageous....

DO NOT RISK THESE PEOPLE"
