"This place has really gone down hill. Customer service is not important and their LED products are crap. Multiple DOA LED's and when they sent replacements 2 of 4 were DOA again. When I asked just to get a refund, Justin says "Sorry, it's been more than 30 days since you placed your order". Brian wont even respond to emails either. I will admit the HID kits are pretty good for the price, but DO NOT waste your money on the LED bulbs and hope you don't need customer service."

"I got hid as a gift and when I installed them the radio would stop working, I went to their location in vista and the girl at the counter said that I should upgrade to the slim ballast and that would solve the problem. I then went out to my truck took the rapter ballots off came back in to their shop and she then said that they need to be in resellable condition and that I would have to clean off the adhesive goop. Had to go get some rubbing alcohol to get it off, spent an hour doing that. Finally she was able to get me the slim ballots that I needed and it cost me an extra 43.00. There is no more radio interference but what a pain in the ass. If you do order from them get the slims and it will save you allot of time."

"BEWARE Tunners: I don't recommend doing business with DDM Tuning http://www.ddmtuning.com/ They have horrible services and their products are poor. They claim to have their products in stock but really, they get shipped out from China. I order a pair of H.I.Ds from them and it took a month to get delivered to me. On top of that, the lights were faulty. Only one of them lit up. And when i tried to call customer service, they will not pick up the phone or they will put you on hold for 45min to an hour before you can reach someone. On top of that, it takes them another month to process your return. I learn my lesson. Next time, i should check their facebook page before buying anything online. You will find a ton of customer complaints on their FB page."

"I've ordered from these guys in the past and have been pleased. But after my 3rd and most recent order, I will never again buy from them and advise any one else to stay away.

I've ordered the same HID kit several times. The most recent one was drop shipped from China and took nearly 3 weeks to get here. So much for a Christmas gift. It was also very poorly packaged and smashed. Not to mention the quality of this unit was much lower than previous orders.

Stay away from these guys, if you want some cheap Chinese junk,
just order it from ebay at half the cost!"
