"Ordered a vest, received the incorrect size. Attempted to get a refund, they declined because my order had already been processed. Ah, yes, I would have to receive it before I could tell that you shipped the wrong size. Decided to re-order the correct size while I worked this out with them. Instead of refunding me, they deleted my new order, I'm still stuck with the incorrect size and have to re-order again. Products seem ok, customer service and refund process is horrible."
