"Misrepresentation claiming to BE DIRECTV! Fraudulently charged my credit card $129.93!! For WHAT??? a car salesman rapid speaking sham! Supposedly it was to cover the cost of mailing out a satellite dish, I didn't need or use. It's presently taking up space in my garage. The charges was also supposed to cover the cost of mailing out the HD DVR 24 (they claim that was free). Then some 3 year warranty that is duplicated by DIRECTV.

I tried and I'm still trying to fight these charges on my credit card. DIRECTV doesn't charge for the same services. DirectV has the equipment WITH them and does their own installations with their employees versus sub-contracting out the install to some scumbag company.

I feel like my $129.93 was a total ripoff since I was supposed to receive the equipment for three rooms and TWO HD DVR 24s!! It was a total waste!

I tried to call and speak to the supervisor Jennifer. She went through a long drawn out conversation and then told me that she had been taping every conversation WITHOUT my knowledge. These tapes were later USED against me with the credit card company. The credit card company had no idea what I did or didn't receive or that I got a poor 1/2 install by CHUCK from HI DEF installations.

Basically I was screwed and robbed of my $129.93!! Avoid this third party affiliate or any company like it! They're only a RIP-OFF!!!"
