I try to track my order and a message pops up saying there has been an error in retrieving this website. I just sent an email. After reading the other reviews, I don’t expect to get my shoes or my money. Lesson learned! I hope someone will stop them from scamming other people. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!"
"If I could give less than a one star rating, I would. I ordered a pair of Clemson University tennis shoes on September 9, 2017 from an ad I saw on Facebook. My account was charged immediately but here we are on October 20, 2017 with no shoes and no response to multiple emails sent to the company. I am now finding all sorts of negative reviews for this company, basically all saying the money is charged right away but the product never comes and you get no response back from the company. A lesson learned for me to always research first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!"
"Stay away from this seller! Don't be lurred-in by a lower price; you will only end up paying for it in the end!
I have been chasing this organization since Dec for a $150 refund. I have been told on at least 3 occassions that my credit had been processed. The most recent confirmation came from someone claiming to be the owner; that person even appologized for the poor service I had received to that point.
Simply a joke! Still no refund.
I continue to send emails and submissions on their website and cannot get a response.
STAY AWAY!!! It is just not worth it. They have no integrity and are hiding behind their website (no names, no phone numbers (the previous phone number had a message that said something to the effect of "we get too many calls so we can't answer the phone or receive messages at this time")).

I wanted to personally send you an email to explain the current situation here at Custom PC and Repairs, over the past 2 weeks we have had a few issues that started with our financial service provider, our merchant account which is used for credit card and debit card processing and is provided through Intuit Merchant Services has put our account on hold, and created a reserve. This has absolutely nothing to do with you as a customer of Custom PC and Repairs, It’s solely results from high volume, we extend beyond the agreement by almost 60 percent and as a result they have placed all funds on hold, which created a chain of events that is truly becoming a nightmare to correct and get past as a small business owner.
As a result of the situation Custom PC and Repairs has been forced to file a company dissolution, since without any incoming revenue the company has lost the ability to provide the services that you have entrusted our company with.
Now I am going to personally cancel your order, and submit for a return of funds to your account, but with the lack of access to the system at Intuit I can be completely honest and say I do not know the time frame of a return, So please use my recommendation and file a charge back with your financial institution for either non-delivery of goods or failure to provide service, at least this way I know that your funds will be return promptly. No chargeback will be contested by us here at Custom PC and Repairs, and attached with my email will be the following:
1. A standard company letter with the information I provided in my email to you.
2. A copy of the company dissolution.
Please use the information provided to assist in the return of the funds owed to you. And I will do all in my power to help expedite the process on my end here.

"Do not shop here. I made the mistake of choosing the lowest price on a coffee maker I saw advertised without researching it first. If I had, I would have found a multitude of reviews stating the exact same experience I was about to have. divadiscounts.net / custom-pc-wholesale seems to give... 1. You will place an order and will be charged within minutes to a day of placing the order (nothing strange about this).
2. You will receive a confirmation order by the next day, however it will say your order is awaiting processing.
3. three to 10 days later you will get email notification that your order is "awaiting shipment and a tracking number" - This is where reviews differ, some people never get past this stage and then must struggle to reach customer service by phone or email. ( they are seldom available, I have yet to reach a response in almost a month). You will either lose your money at this stage with no resolvement, or you will be refunded either by your credit card company, their customer service, or paypal. Again I have only heard legends about a person from this company contacting you.
4. If you get a confirmation email stating your order has shipped, in the next day or two you will receive a tracking number.
5. Your order arrives, and it will not be the product you ordered. At least half of the reviews I have read (sadly after the fact) state this same experience, (mine) very odd. Not only was my order the incorrect product but it was a refurbished product when their site says nothing about dealing in refurbished items. The product was also filthy and smelled of use, (coffee maker).
6. You will file a return request. (your only option) Customer service will send you straight to voicemail. No response will come after this, if it does it will be after daily calls and emails or through other avenues. My order still states my return request is pending.
7. Prepare to fight for your refund, if you want an exchange you (again if you can reach someone) will be informed that they never had the product you ordered in the first place.
8. File a report with the better business bureau to get this company to shape up if they intend to stay running. "

I placed an order for a replacement part for my tablet on Jan. 14, which of course was immediately charged. Thankfully I payed through Paypal, as the order updated to "Awaiting Shipment" five days later, and never changed again. I sent multiple inquiries via the feedback form, but received no reply until Jan. 26 when I threatened them with a chargeback via Paypal, at which time I received a response of "I will have the shipping manager look into your order and you should receive a detailed reply before mid-day tomorrow." I, however had to wait 2 weeks to receive my order and they shipped the wrong items. "When I discovered this site, I was skeptical because this “diva” website had everything you can imagine listed on their site and the prices seemed good. BUT I should have trusted my gut because when I placed an order and never received any updates after 2 weeks, I sent numerous emails asking for a status and got no reply. I later got an email saying they were cancelling my order and they were blaming their supplier for not having the item in stock. I will never order from this company again.
Luckily, I found a different website (livengoodoutdoors.com) and they actually had the item and I got it really fast.

"My experience was also identical to joecool... I ordered something on 11/25/11. On 11/30, I had credit card fraud happen on the card I used for the purchase. It may have been a coincidence, but... I digress.
On 12/9 I asked for an update to my order. At this point I was still considering ordering a higher quantity of the same thing because of the price.
On 12/19 I got the WRONG product shipped to me. I emailed and got a reply from "Lewis" as well, telling me that he would refund my shipping. Well, I couldn't have that because of the account fraud (I had to close the account, obviously), so I just told him to give me a store credit or something and to send me the right product.
It still seemed at this point that they have good customer service and that I might actually get my product. Oh, silly naive me.

"I purchased a otter box for my I phone 4 from Discount Diva due to their lowest cost around. After being prompted by the manager Lewis that due to the holiday season they were a little behind on orders, they would let me know as soon as my order was updated. The manager even offered his personal email to Contact him anytime to help get the case quicker. They worked very hard to get me my case. The manager apologized for the delay and sent me my case free of charge. As soon as he said that my money was refunded and I received my case very soon. They did everything in their power to get me my case. And I am very impressed with their personal customer service. I definately recommend useing them. "I ordered a record player as a christmas present on Dec. 18th I then received an email the next day saying my order was "awaiting shipment". 2 days later (Dec. 20th) I received another email saying my order had updated and was now "awaiting shipment" which is the same thing I got two days earlier. On Dec 23rd after not getting any emails or updates or anything I tried calling Discount Diva and got a message saying they were busy with christmas and they only accepted emails. I emailed and asked for any status updates. The next day (Dec. 24th) I received an email back saying the shipment was delayed and they had not even received my item yet to ship it to me. They said I should have been notified and they would give me a full refund or a 12% discount if I wanted to wait until the next week to receive my item. I asked for the 12% discount. 5 days later (Dec. 29th) I emailed again asking where my item was because they promised it would be shipped the week after christmas. They responded on Dec 30th saying the item had just come in and would be shipped that day. 5 days later (Jan 3rd) I called and got a message saying they were not open yet, so I waited until they said they would be open and called again and I got a message saying their phones were messed up to use email to contact them. I emailed again asking about my item. It has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any discount or gotten my item. The person I ordered the christmas present for has already gone back home so now if I ever do receive my item I will have to pay to mail it across the country to give it to them. I am not happy"
