"I purchased a Samsung UN55ES8000. I could not find the TV anywhere else cheaper and it helps to know that they will match the price if I did. I had no problems reaching customer service for any questions. They were reponsive, professional, patient and very pleasant. The Website was easy to use and informative. The shipping was free and I was expecting 7 to 10 business days for delivery but it arrived in 3 business days. The Delivery company used was great. They communicated with me gave me a date and time to expect delivery and even wanted to deliver a day early but I wasn't home. The TV was unboxed for me and they comfirmed that it worked before I signed off on it. My whole experience has been great and not only would I purchase from DIYMicro again, I have recommended them to friends. Needless to say.. I love my new TV and the shopping experience made it real easy to spend money I didn't need to spend! LOL!"

Customer service replied that the in stock product was defective, that replenishment would arrive at DIY Micro in two days, and would be shipped then. Received a call from customer service in two days at noon that the product had been received by them and that it would go out later that day. Received another call in the afternoon that the product had shipped to us and we would get it in 3-4 days. It arrived as promised. Kudos DIY Micro. Great customer service."

"I've actually never used DIY Micro prior to purchasing my Canon S95 and I have to see it's reliable.
The price was really good in comparison to other online retailers in the market (EVEN Amazon). Everything also came as promised and in a timely manner.
Reaching customer service was really easy. I sent a quick email regarding my order status and was able to get help instantaneously. I do suggest though if you order from DIY Micro make sure to sign up for an account prior to placing your order so that you can at least sign on and track your order via that account. That's the only thing I didn't do, and it made tracking a bit tough but that's why I had to contact customer service and someone was able to tell me the exact details about my order.
Although the packaging wasn't like the normal Canon packaging where you see the photos/branding, but everything that should've came in the factory canon box came! So no complains really there.
The camera also works great! I've had it for almost a year now and no problems. "
"Worst company to deal with. Disreputable and dishonest. They claim to price match, then they don't. They lied about delivery date of a bathroom vanity, while my contractor was waiting each day to install it. Each day they promised to deliver, until I lost all hope and cancelled the order. They billed my credit card for the entire price of the vanity even though I never received the item. That is theft. Stay far away from these shysters.
UPDATE: IT'S OBVIOUS DIYMICRO PROTESTS TOO MUCH WITH THEIR RAMBLING AND FALACIOUS RESPONSE. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF TO SHOW PRICE MATCH WASN'T MADE WITH CONSUMERS KITCHENS AND BATHS ON LONG ISLAND, BUT THE REASON THAT I CHOSE DIYMICRO IS THAT THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER WITHIN A FEW DAYS WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. THEREFORE I CHOSE THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO PAY A $58 MORE. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS OF BROKEN PROMISES FROM DIYMICRO AND AMERICAN EXPRESS HAS THEM NOW. MY CONSTRACTOR HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE VANITY DIDN'T COME SO NOW I NEED TO GET HIM BACK WHICH IS CAUSING ME MORE EXPENSE AND FRUSTRATION.
UPDATE: ANY OTHER VENDOR WOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST AND WOULD RATHER LOSE A SALE THAN LIE AND TELL THE CUSTOMER EACH DAY IT WAS COMING. OBVIOUSLY, IT WAS OUT OF STOCK FOR DIYMICRO AS WELL. THEIR PRICE MATCHING POLICY DOES NOT DISQUALIFY PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK. AFTER I CANCELLED THE ORDER, IT MAGICALLY ARRIVED THAT NIGHT, WELL AFTER I HAD CANCELLED AND WAS NO LONGER HOME TO RECEIVE IT. PROOF OF THIS WAS FORWARDED TO AMERICAN EXPRESS BY ME. THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR LEADING A CUSTOMER ON AND KEEPING THEIR MONEY WHEN NO MERCHANDISE HAS CHANGED HANDS. THAT IS THE CRUX OF THE MATTER. THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO VANITY FROM THEM! IS THEIR REFUND POLICY A LIE TOO? I NOW REGRET NOT HAVING WAITED FOR THE MORE SCRUPULOUS VENDORS WHO HAD THIS VANITY ON BACKORDER."
