POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

"they charged credit card on 29may2021. today,7june2021. CS sent me email 7th very apologetic. still no product or tracking number.
sent email requesting EXPRESS on their dime. no response. Amazon has it at higher price(1121vs1049. I think they upped prices and I sqeaked my order in, and now they dont wantt honor it. SLEAZY JUST SLEAZY"
