"Not particularly overwhelming.. ordered something on the website that it stated was available and a product i specifically ordered because it's what I wanted, and they appeared to be one of the few still in possession of one since it was discontinued, an Obusforme Gel Seat, which is (was) a great product but apparently the company didn't think so
So they replaced it with these junky 'super duper spongy foam' things that cost 4 bucks to make and sell for 50-100 and frankly have yet to buy one or be given one (as many companies give them away because they don't sell) that's not stuffed in the closet because they're hard and painful to sit on most of the time!. : (
They just threw one of those things in a box and sent it to me instead of the specific product I ordered, they're not even close, to which I had to send back at my expense, 10 bucks, to get the rest of the money back, 40 bucks for the thing sent to me I didn't order. @eyes roll@
That was today, 5/18/12 and USPS is picking the thing up so I'll probably see the money in a week or so when it gets there because it would 26 bucks to get it there sooner than 3 days which is 5 days on a Thursday.
If they just would have emailed me and said "we don't have this thing' it could have all been avoided but was not. Nobody's perfect but that little email would have saved this disabled guy money he needs to eat like the rest of you folks. : ("
