"A few weeks ago I wrote a review for DP & Company and I reported that I was very satisfied with my experience. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Since receiving my order and finding parts missing from two items, I have made several attempts to contact Customer Service, to no avail. I have submitted at least three emails to Customer Service. All have been ignored. Their 1-800 number is not available from my calling area, so I called the direct line and left a message with my complaint and a phone number to return my call. I have again been ignored. Apparently this company is only interested in making a sale and does not care at all about after-care and making sure their customer is taken care of."

"DP & Company have given me and edge of some other retailers there products are for the most part very good,90% I am completely happy with all products ordered occassionally some do not meet expectations but all have accurate descriptions,so most of my disapointments are of my own making so be sure to read alll desciptions .most items I resell within a few weeks,becuase some of there prices are unbeatable.Service is outstanding it never takes more than 3 days to receive any order placed with them it may take longer depending on your location but the first order will indicate how long it should take for you."

"Very good website…However, I don't like the low minimum price of $50 that you offer as a wholesaler. Yes, it even comes in handy for myself as a vendor however if my customers discover you as well they can easily cover the $50 minimum as a consumer and I lose them forever as a brick and mortar retailer…minimum should be at least $100…even thats low... but otherwise I like how organized the website is and the multitude of products that you carry and continue to add weekly and the fact that you reflect the current inventory count for every product...

"They ship quickly but charge for it. They charge around 20% for shipping about 10% to high. They ship less than 1% open and damage. They don't do a good job with online credit it is usually less than cost. They give the same pricing to the $100 orderer as someone who orders $35,000 per year. They ship virtually no out of stocks by web design if they are out you can't order. You have to track yourself. It seems lately they are out of inventory on very key items(best sellers)."
