" Interesting items for our small bussiness. First time I ordered 1 dozen - 9 LED small flashlights, included 3 AAA batteries. All batteries had leaked and were dead. DP included all new batteries for these lights. Second order, same problem. This time new batteries were not included.
Invoice not included in shipping box. I understand saving paper. Problem arises with out of stock items, I have to get credit card statement to see if I was charged for items not in box.
My orders have been apx. $600. I had one return for defective merchandise. Charged me a restocking fee. Had to fight for a refund, even though I called and got an RA authorized. Did not receive full refund, and received points for future order, and lost shipping $.
Shipping cost very high. I hope they are not charging a handling fee."

Box came promptly and packaged efficiently.
Initial inspection of items was entirely satisfactory except a safety glasses (inside a airsoft package) only had one earpiece. That was due to manufacturer error, not DPCI's fault.
Customer did not mind the faulty glasses so no problem at all.

I would order again!

(3rd order)

This was a large order involving LOTS of different items chosen by a customer. Shipping was a bit pricy, but probably also handling, retrieving it from their warehouse, so it's ok.

There was only one thing that was off with the order. A dragon figurine clutching a sword, was missing the sword. OUCH, a bit tough explaining that to customer. Luckily DPCI pulled through, and sent the sword over when I requested. Great service! Sword has not arrived yet, but I have no doubt that it will.

DPCI has proven to be very reliable over the last couple orders, so I will continue to do business with the wholesale website, probably soon.

Aside from the sword fiasco, the customer was very pleased with the array of products. "Some of the items are cheaply made, but EVERYTHING is amazing for the price." (QUOTE)
