"DSR powersports billed me for the two items I ordered but never shipped the items. I e-mailed them and was told one of the items was on back order. Since then they have not answered the phone or replied to e-mails. One of the phone numbers is no longer in service and their e-mail account is no longer valid. DO NOT ORDER FROM dsr powersports, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF."

" In October I ordered a helmet from your DSR Power Sports site. I gave the helmet to my boyfriend for Christmas, but apparently I had accidentally ordered a motorcycle helmet. He said he liked the helmet and that it just needed a new sheild. I wanted to just order a new sheild if that was possible, but not an electric sheild. I tried called the company many times and they never answered. So on December 27th I ordered a new helmet off the the Power Sports World site. I didn't return the motorcycle helmet because, first of all, I did not realize that both sites were by the same company (I'm not sure why there would be 2 sites) and I wanted to make sure I actually got a helmet from Power Sports World. I was somewhat doubtful because a few days before Christmas my mom ordered a helmet from Power Sports World for my dad. We were emailed an order summary, transaction number and everything. After more than a week, we could not find an order status and no helmet had arrived. I tried to call a few times, this is when I realized that the 2 sites were the same company, because they had the same number, and as I had experienced before, no answer. (I have called 10-20 times during your hours and have only ever been answered once, and there is no answering machine.) So I emailed the company numerous times, and after a few days I finally got a reply. We were told that our transaction was not a valid order, no apology or anything. We were never notified that our order did not work. So, despite the problem we had already, I ordered a black and silver SNOWMOBILE helmet, in a large. Immediately after the ordered, I realized that I actually needed an extra large, and emailed the company right away. The very next day I received an email from Don Osborne saying that he changed the order to an extra large. I received the helmet on, I believe it was January 11th, 2010, however it was a LARGE. I have tried calling the company 5 or 6 times since, on the online number, AND the number that was on the receipt I got. So, since we have gotten no help, we tooke the sheild off of the snowmobile helmet and put it on the motorcycle helmet which worked marvelously, and he loves it. However, I need to return the snowmobile helmet and the motorcycle helmet sheild. I do not think that I should have to pay shipping and handling because it was your mistake, and because of the less than satisfactory experience I have had with your company. I would expect a refund of AT LEAST $104.00, the price of the motorcycle helmet.

-I would appreciate a reply very promptly.

-This is the email I sent on Thursday, January 28, 2010. I waited until Tuesday, February 2nd, still no reply. So I told them they had until Wednesday or I would report them. And do you think they emailed me back? No.

"Buyer Beware!!! I ordered on Dec 28 and still havent received my items...35 days later. I tried to contact them, but nobody ever answers the phone. I finally got a response from an email stating they were shipping Fed Ex express, that was over 2 weeks ago. They said the tracking info would be forwarded to me. Sent another email and was told the same thing. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with this company!

"Terrible to do business with. I had to call several times to get a tracking number only to have the phone ring and ring. Then got damaged product. It has almost been a month and I still do not have a replacement product! "

"ordered a helmet from them, took over 2 weeks to get to me. best price on the net, and i searched to be sure, but no shipping confirmation or backorder e-mail (if it was backordered..who knows) it took longer than the website said it should have, and there was no indication that the item wasn't in stock. "
