DS styles processed my order twice and charged me twice, I emailed them to inform them and not process the 2nd order but they take more than 4 days to respond to emails, so by then they had shipped the item. The only way to get money back is to ship the product back to China which is more than the product costs.. After numerous emails ( of which most were ignored) they offered the refund as long as i put a positive review on this website and others, then let them know and they will refund. Guess what No refund, so double scammed, one for my money and the other to give a positive review.. AVOID!!!"
"I have ordered a part for my DJI P3 stating if it did not fit the phantom 3, then not to send out to me and refund. They failed to test it and sent it out to me. I immediately sent an e-mail back saying i'd like the refund i clearly stated in the original order. Immediately i was granted that wish without the need to send it back (to china). 3 Weeks later i now have someone else telling me I would need to send it back at my cost. Not acceptable. I am still in conversation with them and feel i am getting nowhere. I covered myself clearly and bluntly in the original order form. Will NOT be buying from this seller again."
