"I ordered a CAVS CO101 karaoke laptop from KTSKaraoke and they shipped it from DTSKaraoke. The item I received was a HannsBook SN10E2 NETBOOK. Not at all what I ordered or paid for. Sent them an email asking about it. They want 25% restocking fee for me to return it. Write SUCKER all over me because I was sure taken by them."

"i've had the worst of all my online buy with dtskaraoke.com. this company is a joke. first when you call them they will make it sounds like they're the biggest company in california blah blah. i placed an order with them. didn't receive a confirmation. waited 2 weeks nothing came. then i decided to give them a call. a very nice lady said they dont have the merchandise in stock. WHAT THE HECK!!! no stock still post online for sale. what a joke eh. then she told me it will take about a week to have it ship to me. okay, i'll wait for it. then 2 weeks gone by with no update, NOTHING, NADA. another joke on me. i called again. they said the item is discontinued and they will refund me the money. JOKE JOKE JOKE!!! wasted a month before they can tell you the product they'r currently selling is discontinued. i think dtskaraoke.com is a drop ship based company. they may not have their own inventory or storage warehouse. avoid this company!"

"I placed the order from DTSKaraoke in the beginning of April with three items. After the order was placed did they inform me that two of them was on backorder but they are shipping the one that's in stock. 16 days after the order was placed, I emailed them to ask when the backordered items will ship. Since they didn't know, they proceed to canceled the order and replied that they didn't charge me for those two backordered items. I checked my credit card account online, and realized that they over charged me $10.68 (the one item that they shipped was $16 and I checked how much the shipping should cost and it came out to be $6, but the charge was $32.68). I emailed them requesting that they credit back the order charge ($10.68 to be exact). After days of waiting and resending them another email, they finally replied saying that they have credited the amount back to my account. I then checked my account and see that the credit they gave me was $9.98! What's up with that? Needless to say, I will not shop from them again."

"I ordered an Audio2000 karaoke mixer from this vendor and I got it exactly 10 days after. It's ground shipping from CA to MA, so it's quite acceptable. The item is as brandnew as advertised. I emailed them a question and I got a reply email the same day. The price was also the lowest I could find on the web, so I really couldn't go wrong with DTS Karaoke for my Karaoke supplies. I would recommend this vendor to people I know."
