"Same story as the first review. I paid for $150 USD of cassette tape materials and didn't get confirmation or a tracking number for over three weeks. I sent several emails and left several voicemails and no one replied to my inquiries. The plan was to have tapes for a band's upcoming show, and I thought by ordering two weeks out, that I would be in the clear. Thankfully it wasn't an album release that was depending on the tapes but they got left out in the cold for that gig. I'll never use these guys again if I can help it. All I wanted was a confirmation email or a returned phone call. Their customer service was so under the bar it was incredible. It kind of felt like going into a record shop and dealing with some pretentious hipster who could care less if you shopped there, and whether they had a job or not. Their selection is rad and incredibly this must be what keeps the lights on, because the rest of my experience sucked. "

"I Placed an order, paid instantly with my credit card. They charged me, and I waited... I never got a shipping confirmation. Two full weeks after I paid, I called and asked whether my order had shipped. Not only had my order not shipped, not been refunded, but they actually had the stuff, its just that it was set aside for another customer who had not paid yet. Mind you, this was two weeks after I paid for the order in full.

I was told when I called that my order would be refunded within 20 minutes and 6 hours later they had still not put the refund through. I had to threaten to get a hold of my credit card company in order to get any sort of refund.

"I have been browsing Duplication.ca's website for some time, since it is the retailer with the best variety (and until recently the only distributor) of Falcon media in Canada. Their prices are slightly on the higher side, but this is to be expected from a premium products.
Until recently their website did not offer reasonable shipping rates for small orders. They recently added a $15 small order (2 kg) flat shipping rate, which is a huge step forward for me. It has to be said that you can always contact these guys for a custom shipping quote of your own, they seem to be very good at replying fast.
I took benefit of their Boxing Day promo and finally ordered Falcon BD-R media that I wanted to try out. I chose the cheapest ones as I did not really need an inkjet printable surface.
Now here is where I encountered a few issues in dealing with this online store. First of all, I emailed the retailer to obtain my tracking number for the parcel, as I wasn't provided one. Two days later I had to email them again since they did not reply to my first email. I then got a reply with my tracking number.
When my parcel arrived I was slightly upset to see a "Value" grade label on my media. Of course I was aware that I was purchasing the cheapest BD-R media in their online store, but the picture and the description next to this media clearly stated that these are "Pro" grade media. If you check other websites, you can find out that these can be twice the price of Falcon "Value" line.
I emailed them about the matter and stated that I was under the impression that I was buying "Pro" media. They replied that they are very sorry and that they offer "Pro" grade media, and that the minimum order is 300 pcs (which is far more than I ordered) and whether I would be interested in a quote. They did not offer any other solution to my complaint, such as a return, discount code, store credit, or partial refund.
I did not pursue this matter further, as I believe I received media that are of decent quality and possibly even better than other well known brand names. The price I paid is fairly reasonable. Nevertheless, their old picture and description was misleading and clearly false. They have since fixed the picture and the description, but they still did not put the word "Value" with the description of this media (they only removed the word "Pro").
Overall, I might still return to this retailer for my future orders of Falcon media, but I will be more cautious next time and I will make sure to ask questions before my order. That is, however, if I cannot find similarly priced Falcon media at competition, such as blankmedia.ca."
