"This isn't really a review as I will admit that I have not purchased from this site so far. I want to encourage anyone who purchases to post about their experiences, no matter how small the item purchased as it might help to dispel any doubts about the website that cautious people might have. The prices charged by this website are generally very good/low priced but I do have some reservations about ordering or spending any significant amount of money at the store.

First a note about the site, the prices do not include VAT (sales tax) or delivery. The faulty item returns policy is not favourable to the purchaser, having to pay for delivery both ways before being sent a replacement item. Re-stocking fees are also present if an item is not required.

The website prices are quite low in most cases, being beaten only on a small number of items and many items are quite a bit lower than other sites. For comparison, the Funke ES-68/ESC-68 Satellite dish is £45.99+delivery compared with £58.95+delivery at several other places. Current VAT rate being 15%.

But from here is where things start to become not so great. No real address is provided, only a Post Office box and also no telephone number is provided. This is what makes pressing the order submit button difficult for me as I have no credit card protection on purchases. The website has been online for a few years from what I can find and some research suggests that people have received goods after ordering. So the site could very well be legitimate. If only there was real contact information instead of PO Box and email communication.
