The shipping time is pretty good. I live in the middle of nowhere Manitoba and receive my DVDs within 4 business days. While living in a major city in Ontario, they arrived 2-3 business days. Return envelopes are provided, and come pre-stamped.
I have contacted them a couple times for customer support. They have always responded to my e-mail quickly, and have been very helpful. I would recommend this service over any of the other online Canadian DVD clubs to anyone."
