"I have just received my Toshiba multi-region DVD player and realised how simple buying electronics items can be from these guys. Over the past 8 years I have bought multi-regions players, power adaptors and various world-wide capable units for my many global house moves. I bought a sony digital camcorder from this company. There was no warranty form enclosed when I received it. I called the company, was told that the receipt should be mailed to me in a couple of days and can be used to contact Sony for free maintanance in one year. But I didn't receive the receipt after one week, then I called again. I tried to reach them five times, but nobody was there to answer the phone call. I left voice message, and they did not return my call. I kept calling them, and finally caught the guy who I talked with last time. I suspect that they only have one employee to help customers. He promised to mail the receipt the next day, but another week has passed by, and I haven't received it yet."
