"This stumble-upon seller was surprisingly good.

I was looking everywhere for a decently priced source flick, but wanted a specific variant of it for the language tracks. YesAsia had many versions--as the mega monopoly dealer of these things, but were all too expensive (as usual), so I couldn't say no when DVDAsian appeared as a viable option.

The price wasn't "low" per se, but it was the lowest available when combined with shipping.

This California-based company seems to be growing since they've changed their site layout to something more refined, professional from the time of my last purchase. And I can only guess that their selections are growing exponentially; they now have better listing of titles that are grouped by helpful umbrella categories, or by country. Friggin' sweet.

Although they don't accept paypal, ordering was simple, fast: it was next-day shipping, and they provided me with a USPS tracking number. (NOTE: I only bring up Paypal because their site looked a tad shady at the time, and my CC hasn't been charged extra since then, so they seem trustworthy.)

This post gets an update if there's anything else of substance.

"I just placed my first order with this site. So far it seems ok. Easy to find products if you know how to spell the name of the movie...tricky when you're searching for Japanese movie titles.

They seem to have pretty good shipping choices without gouging you for shipping costs.

Will update when I receive the order if anything goes wrong before my movie arrives.

***Update 2/27/06 - Received an email confirmation taht they've shipped my order with a USPS tracking # that shows it shipped on 2/26/07. So far so good.

Package arrived on time and in good condition. Package was wrapped really well to avoid damage.

The DVD played beautifully on my region free dvd player. I would order from this company again. Some items are little higher than yesasia.com but these guys had a cheaper version of Always.

Based on this purchase, I'd recommend them to anyone."
