According to their preorder policy, they say that they wont charge you unless the items are IN STOCK and READY TO SHIP!
I have to report this as a fraud to the bank, and I expect there will be pretty troubles waiting for me towards the cancellation of my order."

"DVD Box Office has a huge selection and you sometimes find items with very good prices. However, they appear to be unable to deliver a large portion of the selection. I've ordered 16 items from them and they've only been able to deliver 6! When I've asked about delivery times, the customer service has always replied with a copy-pasted answer "we do receive stock everyday". Everytime they've been unable to tell when, if ever, they'll be able to deliver my orders. I've had orders open for months, after which I had to cancel them and order the items from somewhere else.
For the items that they can deliver, however, I've had no problems with them. I'll continue to try and order games and DVDs from this site, but I'm not at all confident that they'll be able to deliver them."
