"A horrible experience. Impossible to find tracking information. No consideration to the order typ or customer. I paid extra for next day delivery and the next day there is an email saying it is held for security purposes. Hidden in there website is a toll free number that took the fifth try before it worked. I had to call to get it straightened out when in my experience every other online company has called me if there is a problem. The representative didn't understand why I was upset because it is company policy to hold items if there is any questions. They made no effort to contact me, only an automatic email response."

"Based on a low price from PriceWatch, I bought a pci to 5 usb2 port card for $8 including USPS shipping. Comparable card was $28 at Walmart. Then read the awful reviews of this company on this site and had buyers remorse. But the card, ordered Saturday night, arrived Thursday and was exactly as ordered and works with no problems. Credit card was charged the correct amount on Wednesday. I'm very pleased with how this went."
"I orderd three sticks of pretty general memory. They should have shipped well before the end of the year. however to my knowledge are still on backorder and I have yet to recive any type of update. To make it more difficult they have a very short time window for the Customer Service call line. I doubt I will ever buy from them again even if they beat most everyones price. "Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an online seller in my entire life. They have zero customer service of any sort. I returned the wrong product they shipped over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my refund. I have sent at least 10 emails without any response. I have called over and over for 3 weeks and been told many different stories. My refund would be processed tomorrow, their email was down, their RMA system was down, there was nobody available that could issue an refund. First notice that ALL of the postitive posting about DV Century are all written by the SAME non native english speaker. Coincidence? I think not.
I'd bet a paycheck it's someone from the same store writting it. Then you realize it's really scary that all the others a negative.
My order from them was on something very time sensitive that I needed and they completely blew it. According to all info they had I should have seen it in 2 weeks max. Emails I have written come back looking like form letters, none of the questions are answered. I am contacting my credit card company and putting a hold on this. Read the other feedback.. I have never seen this much negative feedback about anyplace I have delt with.
