"My 2 most recent purchases:
1. received a product that didn't match the description (I bought a 3.5mm audio jack splitter that didn't accept a standard 3.5mm plug), so I opened a help ticket. They asked for details of the issue, and a picture, which I sent. More than 2 months passed before they responded now asking for video. For a part worth less than $2!!!
2. Their FAQ says if the product hasn't arrived in 20 business days you should wait 2-3 more days then contact them. I followed their instructions, but no response after 6 days."

Update : They give me a new order number 170504001042898371 & promised reshipment.. but for now Its been 6 days.. Nothing shipped.. Again no way to contact customer support -they don't exist- Live chat is just a trick.. and Ticket system is just a joke U open ticket.. and we reply within 5 days and hold ur order untill ticket is closed..
