"Yea, I just tried to buy a hat from the Yahoo dadshat store and my payment wouldn't go through. I tried to find a way to contact dads hats and the was no contact info on the site whatsoever."

"It's difficult to find true newsboy caps and Dad's Hats has them at a fair price. We ordered one in late December understanding it was on back order. We were billed in February without receiving the merchandise. The phone number listed on the site doesn't work and they didn't return my emails. I finally discovered a retail outlet phone number, called and talked with a woman who assured me the hat was coming and would not issue a refund at that time as I requested. We did receive the hat in early April and found it too large and not the style we were looking for. I emailed on April 4, 2013 for a refund authorization as directed on the website. I have heard nothing. I've emailed and also called the retail phone with no response. I'm hoping to resolve this issue, but felt it was important to share the difficulties we have had with this company."
"DO NOT order from this company. I have had nothing but trouble with them. I ordered my Indiana Fur Felt Fedora hat on 30 Apr 2012 and now it is 15 Dec 2012 and as yet have not received it.
They do not respond to enquiries on their info line and I have had to write twice (yes - pen to paper) with no result. They are fraudulent and need to be dealt with by the US authorities. I live in Australia and have also payed out $40.00 postage. What a bunch of theives! Not only that, but as I have now changed address (and as they won't acknowledge my emails to advise them of the change of address) I have had to pay $40.00 to Australia Post to continue redirecting mail from my previous address in the vein hope that it will turn up. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCUM BAGS!!!I only wish I had found this forum prior to having any dealings with dads hats as I certainly would NOT have ordered from them!"

"Do not buy from this store. Ordered a hat in May 2011 and advised that there is a delay of 4 to 6 weeks. emailed them on the 25th July asking where our order was but no response from several emails and no hat!

"I have been looking high and low for a type of hat that my father had allways wore for 50+ years.This hat use to be everywhere and then just disappeared .Well I came upon the site called Dadshats.com that looked promising.It had all kinds of hats to look at and all of a sudden I hit pay dirt I finely found my fathers hat.Everything I read under the picture seems to match perfect from the snap in front to the leather sweat band inside I was happy(for now).I put the order in on 12/06/09.Five weeks later still no show.So time for a call to the dadshats people.The call got me nothing but a headache the lady on the other end didnt speak english very well if at all.I ended up getting a box on about the 20th of january still very happy with the thought of making my fathers day I rushed the box to him.It was all a good tell the box opened up.The hat that came out wasnt the hat I ordered.This hat had a button on top witch was laying in the box and the hat had some kind of silky pink stuff lineing the inside and no leather sweat band.What we ended up with is a sissy hat.All an all I wont be useing this outfit again.Screwed again $37.94 down the tubes."
