"The DAHHANES website specified a Xantrex MS3000 as in stock, along with other Xantrex items. I placed the order and received an email back confirming the order, the items, the shipping method and the address. I specified 1-2 day express shipping from DHL.
The same day I received a confirmation from PayPal for the $1,806.75 charge and payment to Dahhanes Co. The next day Visa verified the charge to my credit card.
I posted a question on the website to clarify the need for an additional part, I received no reply.
Two days later I went to the site to verify shipment, the order was listed as 'waiting payment'. It is now 11 days later. The site still says 'waiting payment' and five emails to two different addresses have gone completely unanswered.
I fear this is a fraudulent business and my money may be at risk.
I have filed a complaint with Visa. I may file a complaint with the District Attorney as well."

"I too had the same awful experience with this company. I got the same emails, that it was being shipped. They charged my charge card, and never go the item. I called the company and emailed with NOOO response at all. I finally got an email 11 days later saying: --- inserted email ---

"I purchased a topo memory card Friday May 25th and immediantely got 4 emails. Welcome to Dahhanes. Order Confirmation, Customer Receipt and Order Status. I expected the merchandise to be shipped withine 1-2 business days just as the website stated. One week later I have not heard from them. I called the number listed on my statement and left a couple messages. My husbands birthday is saturday and I still haven't heard what the status is. I emailed and called saying I would dispute the charge with my credit card and write a negative review if I still have not heard by the end of the day. They haven't responded. I feel very uneasy about this company. Unfortunately my experience with Dahhanes is not a good one. I would encourage other buyers to go elsewhere. They take your money and never ship your merchandise. "
"Dahhanes is by far the worst merchant that I have ever seen. On April 23rd I placed an urgent order with them for 3 parts and overnight delivery. My order went in okay, they took my money and status was preparing to ship on the same day as the order.
For over 9 business days the status never changed, I sent numerous emails, called the number listed on my bank statement multiple time and submitted a few inquiries via there web site with no response from them. It got so bad that I thought that they were a fraudulent website. After bring up legal action I finally got a single response from them. No explanation on why they never responded just one part was not in, even though there website showed 5 when I placed the order.
On Monday May 7th and still no response from them on when the part would be in I asked them to refund my money so I can order the parts from someone else. On May 8th they canceled my order and stated they would refund my money. Immediately after that I got another email that the part would be in on May 11th, nice of them to cancel my order then tell me when the part would be in. On May 10th I still had not received my refunded and had to send them another email asking for a status of the refund. No answer received from them but then on May 11th, the same day the parts came in the money finally reached my account.
Dahhanes states that most orders ship within 1-2 business day but in fact this should be changed to 1-2 months and they will NEVER reply to emails, phone calls or online inquires once they have your money!
Dahhanes states that they offer significantly lower prices because they do not have to use expensive phone lines but my experience with this merchant showed me that they do not have phones because they do not want to answer to the customer on where there merchandise is!!!
