This company gives prompt correspondence but will not offer details on returns when asked. (they have now that they saw a bad review, which is to their credit for checking)

We are still waiting for the product to come and will most likely have to return it. I will update this post after seeing how that process goes.
In the meantime, I'd highly recommend using a local company or one with a track record of prompt service like Wayfair or home depot for deliveries. "
