"I gave this experience 2 stars because the item did arrive on time. However, I ordered 2 of the same item and I only received one of the 2 ordered items. Then, the 1 item I did receive was used and it contained sticky residue all over it. They didn't even bother to make sure it was presentable for resell. The items I purchased were hang on neck headphones, so this was very unsanitary considering they are worn in-ear. The seller also is not reachable via telephone which is also disappointing. You are only able to communicate via email with this seller. Just a very poor experience all the way around. Stay away from this seller!"
