When I finally called, the most delightful young woman breezed through the process with me and by the time it was over I was feeling great. She was professional, but so cheery and willing to help and took all the time I needed to do the job right.

I promptly informed Daily about the missing ring and they did reply, but I am unsure if they were speaking about the missing ring or the entire order that is "out for delivery."

"I recently purchased a MacBook Pro through Daily Steals. Right after I paid for it, I realized that they might use a shipping service that would just leave the computer in a very vulnerable location. I asked within minutes if I could have the delivery location changed to my work address (there is a secure mail room there). However, I was told that it was too late. As I feared, the laptop was left by FedEx completely exposed on a front stoop close to a heavily used sidewalk. Fortunately, it was delivered just before I left for work.
