"Ultimately I ordered a pair of boots from Dailylook that I really like and they were a great price. I also like the way that they style their models online.

However, the majority of the items that I have ordered through the site just don't fit me. I think they should be more explicit about the sizing of their items, and if necessary re-tag/re-size clothing based on a standard measurements (since many labels size differently).

It's kind of a disappointing thing to order from them because usually the items don't fit-- whereas with other sites that I order from the clothes do fit ( even if they are not as cute or affordable. ) "

"I ordered a dress on the 28th of September. I look at shipping and it said that it usually takes 3-5 days to get at its destination. I assumed that the order would be processed on Monday and shipped off Tuesday thinking it would get here by Saturday (my homecoming dance) and thought I didn't need express shipping.. Well the order did process on Monday and was said to be shipped off Tuesday. I then realized that my shipment wouldn't get here until October 10th. More than their promised standard shipping, and they changed the arrival date to the 11th.

I called and asked if they could do express shipping and they could do nothing about it. I am frustrated because I was given the assumption that my order would get here on time, and the company did nothing to make me feel more assured about my order. "

Finally used my husband's card instead and placed an order. My bank account was charged but I was not sent a shipping confirmation. More than two weeks have passed and I still have not received my order. This is yet to be resolved.

However, when I DO get my orders (this is my 3rd time ordering from them) the clothes are fantastic.
