"I'm very sorry to rate them so low given the fact that the first two shopping experiences with them have been great. The problem is with the last two. These have problems with the shipping. Regarding the last one #484643, I placed the order on the 8th of July and up until today nothing has changed on the tracking site. It hasn't moved 1 inch. It's a international package and usually it takes about two weeks to reach me, but with these delays it goes to event a month and a half, which is inacceptable. The site is lovely, the clothes, shoes, accessories etc. are really nice, but I don't know what happened to the shipping."

"Warning! Be very careful when buying things on sale and making sure it's a final purchase. I returned shoes that fit too small. Almost a month passes by and I never received an email or refund. I called and they said it was a final sale item so no refunds. Basically they were going to keep the money and the shoes and never mention anything. Good thing I called. Would have been nice to receive an email at least letting me know my item was received. To be fair the customer service rep was nice and did what she could to get some money back. "

"I have become obsessed with Raga pants, partly because they are ideal for my 'thin with curves' figure. The only trouble has been that the pattern is sometimes sewn unevenly on the two legs, which looks tacky (in my opinion). One website has never done me wrong: DailyLook.com. Both pairs of Raga pants I ordered from DailyLook have been absolutely perfect! If anything, mine look better [front and back] than the pictures on the website.
