"Daily look is a working woman’s saving grace! I gave up in-person shopping a while ago and had jumped on the online shopping bandwagon a couple years ago, but now daily look puts regular online shopping to shame. Im calling it now y’all daily look is the next new, best way to shop! I went from spending days shopping, to hours scrolling, and now minutes clicking. "I really wish I would have read the reviews before trying Dailylook. I signed up thinking I would get some fresh looks, but instead I got nothing I said I would like or wear. I quickly (within 2-3 days) canceled my order and they still sent me the clothes, then charged my account but worst of all they charge me a style fee?????????????? "This is an investment in yourself. The clothes are on the pricier end but you can keep or return whatever you want so there’s not expectation. I dont do this every month because I would purchase everything my stylist sends to me but I have a box sent every couple months and its such a treat. Its worth investing in quality clothing that makes you feel confident and comfortable"
"I’m all on board with daily look this service is the real deal y’all. I will do anything to make my life easier and save me time and this does just that. For real I never liked shopping, the entire process is time consuming and theres nothing worse than wasting 3 hours of your day to come home empty handed which has happened more time than id like to admit. At this point I shop to get my steps in for the day because I know the odds arent in my favor of finding anything I like enough to buy. Daily look has totally changed my shopping experience. Now Im paired with a stylist who picks out clothes for me that I love and want to wear! This is a much better system than wandering around a mall for hours and y’all actually be sent clothing that you like"

I’m happy I went with DailyLook, my stylist is extremely caring and sweet. I don’t even know her and I love her. I can tell she takes my feedback when styling my box and I am always happy with most of the pieces! "
"I was a customer of daily look for about five months. After my second order I noticed an odd charge for $89 that I had not authorized and I could not see a corresponding order for that amount nor were there any order confirmation emails for that amount. I attempted to contact them and was unsuccessful so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. When my credit card company mailed me their response I was furious! The customer rep from daily look had provided a lot of purchase agreement details that were hard to read and in her written response it stated: "We believe there is a very high chance that this client is trying to get free clothing items and we cannot accept this charge back."
I was livid! I went back to the orders and saw that they had updated my second order to include a tank top that they claimed they hadn't received in my return. At no time did they contact me directly with this supposed discrepancy. They just charged my card and provided no other communication. When I called and questioned their customer service they stated that I would "have to handle it with my bank." When I questioned whether this issue arose frequently she was highly dismissive and stated of course not. I then found numerous reviews on this site as well as others that this absolutely happens frequently. I am absolutely positive that this item was returned as I was highly conscientious in re-packaging the items I did not plan to keep immediately after trying them on (in order to avoid damage or misplacing the items).
I will no longer use their service and hope that my review will save anyone who is considering this service a lot of time, money and frustration!"
"I tried this service in 2015, then gave it another shot recently (July 2018). The quality of the items so poor compared to the cost of the clothing. I can find better quality for equal and often lesser prices at Nordstrom (obviously not talking about designer side of Nordstrom). "
"I used to really like this service and they do send some cool things, however you CONSTANTLY have to watch them as they WILL overcharge you and then make up lies as to why things don't line up with your account information online. They currently owe me $162 in overcharges that they are refusing to pay me back even though the details of these overcharges are available right in my account info on their site. They also tried to charge me $123 as soon as a I cancelled my membership, stating it was for "damages." I said I did not damage any clothes, and they said it was for a "scent" and they had previously ignored it twice before. Wow, first of all I had never received any notification about a scent and I'm sorry if my perfumes transferred when I tried the clothes on but the whole point of the service is that you're supposed to be able to try on the clothes. Do not use the service. They are really disorganized. Also if you don't return everything fast enough they will charge you like $1000 for the entire box and you won't get your money back for like a month. This company is a disaster. "
"A total rip off! Sign up for their service if you want to waste your time, money and brain cells!! No one aka “stylist” pays attention to your concerns or request. And they just keep charging you. Some clothes come in a box with weird smell. Also, a total rip off for what they have to offer. Outdated pieces and poor quality! I’ll make sure to post this review on EVERY POSIBLE SITE on the Internet. I asked for a refund but they refused to issue one. Bad service deserves only bad reviews. Practice what you preach!!! "
"This place is a scam. I returned several items in my second (and last) box and they lost the returns and claimed I owed them for EVERY item in that box. A customer rep said they were found ... then they were lost ... then they were found ... then they were lost. And now they are saying I owe almost $1,000 which I refuse to pay because I returned the items. I owe literally one-fourth of that cost, which frankly, I think is too expensive given the five plus weeks I've been dealing with them regarding this same issue. They're horrible and unethical."
