"What was most surprising about my experience with DALE was: as soon as we made an online order a person from DALE called me to confirm that the order was place to check that this is the correct order and ask if I had any questions on the order process or product; then I receive an email informing of product ETA; then there was a shipping sheet with the product.
All that may seem trivial but our techs like to order from a few companies that are impossible to communicate with or contact a person, no shipping documents are ever shipped with the product so I have to go online and search and dig. Documentation and proof of shipping is essential for online orders for companies. Daaah! What is wrong with "those companies".
I think DALE has good products yet amazing sense of customer service.
