"My dealings with Dale Pro were all positive until the shipment arrived. A large item was very poorly packed, and it was obvious that it had been damaged in shipment -- the box shows extra tape over what is probably a puncture. The item has about a 1" scratch/gouge in one area, corresponding to the location of the added tape. It isn't bad enough to warrant filing a claim, or sending it back, but with a product of this cost and weight, I would have expected a much better job of packing it so it wouldn't be damaged in shipping."
