"After placing an order for an in stock item, nothing happened. I was charged for the order, but it went unfulfilled for 8 days. An inquiry led to this response: "It seems that your order feel through the cracks of our ordering system, and I'm sorry for the delay. I've arranged for your Smartphone Holder to ship from our Amazon warehouse, and you can expect delivery Wednesday the 21st."

Somewhat to their credit, the package did indeed arrive on the 21st. However, the way it was packaged was dreadful—a simple cardboard mailer, no padding, corners open (the cardboard mailer was the type that just folds over the contents). The mailer was crushed, of course, and the only thing that saved the contents was the fact that the German made product had large enough metal and heavy plastic parts in just the right places to barely protect the more delicate parts. The item's box was crushed open, however, and the item and other contents were free to exit the cardboard mailer (luckily, most components were too big, but some could have been easily lost).
