"I waited forever to get this ring and it arrived and it is definitely not real gold, can’t get wet and please don’t sweat !!!! How can I return this ring ?"
"This was a personalized jewelry box purchased, and it seems like something you would get from the Dollar Store. With tax and shipping it was $147. This is a great embarrassment. "
"Absolute Comedy of errors from Customer Service and am astonished at how undervalued I feel as a customer spending the best part of £200 and they can't even send the correct ring! After several conversations and weeks later of waiting for returns slips then having paid £ 4.80 which you would expect recorded delivery at least but 7-10 days. Order with this company at your Peril #appauling"
"I had a item or personalized jewellery arrive today. Something I know nothing about or would ever buy. Makes no sense that any reputable origination would never ship anything unless an order and payment was received. I'm annoyed that it now down to me to get this resolved. I suspect that there is something rather unsavory going on. "
"Just purchased engraved necklace for £99 as xmas present for fiancée the engraving although very small it was ok but that’s where the praise ends it looks nothing like the picture that advertises the product and has for diamonds if they are any you would need a microscope to see them very very disappointed
"
"I read some of the reviews directly after purchasing as was worried. I didn't want my order not to show up as there are MANY of those reviews. Well when I saw the tracking I was relieved at least it was coming. My God was a deeply disappointed when I saw the quality of the necklace I purchased. I don't have much money this Christmas so when I saw the " I love my daughter" collection I was so deeply touched that I could purchase something that would hold so much meaning between us with only $33 this month and I could pay off the rest, it's an understatement to say I was relieved that thrilled. Now, I'm just deeply embarrassed to give her this necklace. The quality is like something out of a gumball machine. I am ashamed I was taken but moreso to actually give her the necklace but I have no choice as I cannot afford a replacement. Deeply hurt and saddened by this purchase. Please read reviews BEFORE you purchase. You'll be disappointed deeply if you don't. God Bless and Merry Christmas "
"Ordered a women's pendant that was advertised as having "Genuine, hand-set diamonds of exceptional radiance". Yeah....right. The "diamonds" weren't diamonds, much less hand-set. That section of the pendant was nothing more than stamped metal made to mimic (very) small cut diamonds. I wasn't expecting Tiffany by any means, but at least put some real faux diamonds there. The photos on the ad were deceptive...LOOKED like bright sparkling diamonds, but no go. It also said the center was mother-of-pearl....pure BS. It was mother-of-some kind of buffed gray metal....didn't even have the color of mother-of-pearl. And they want 99 bucks for this crap. Looks like something one would find in a back-room vending machine in a Peking butcher shop."

"They sent my husband a letter saying thanks for his purchase and We were puzzled and it was saying that he have purchased a huge purse Wich he did not at all nor did I so now they are pressuring him to pay for something he did not purchase they sent him a letter and there was a space were I could write on it and send it back so I wrote on it and told them that they owe my husband some money he did not purchase no purse nor did I so a couple of days later they send him a check for $2 66 out of $157.73 they charged him for and that is for something he did not buy do not shop with them at all they have bad buissnes "
"My husband loves collectibles, his country and his family. Danbury Mint and all its related companies preyed on all of these honorable qualities. Their advertizements were slick and relentless. My husband purchased thousands of dollars worth of really flashy junk over many years. He purchased it as many of the coins as an investment for us . We are at the point we want to collect on some of that investment. We are finding just how misleading and dishonest these people are. We are realizing now our expectation of honesty and fair trade is at best niave. We are extremely sad and honestly angry."
"Much too late, we discovered that our 91 year old father had been buying Danbury Mint's "collectible" coins & medallions for years. No one knew until we had to sort through his possessions. A reputable coin dealer came to look at & possibly buy his collections. The items that are silver are worth the going rate of silver. The coin dealer told us that he probably paid between 50% and 100% more than that for Danbury"s fancy (cheap) packaging & slick "informational" materials. We are heartbroken and heartsick at the extent to which Danbury Mint took advantage of our father."
"I received the ocean swirl ring not even a month ago. Within 1 week the band was dulled and tarnished. Within 2-3 weeks it was chipped and showing a COPPER or bronze color underneath the "silver plating".
The quality is horrible, but so is customer service. Every single time I've talked to them I've gotten different lies, stories, and excuses as to why they have repeatedly taken $48 out of my bank account for a few days up to a week then put it back. They have blatantly LIED to me. Over & over again!!
I haven't deposited any money into my bank account for a MONTH bc I'm afraid Danbury will **** it up. My bank actually suggested I GET A NEW DEBIT CARD. Let that sink in for a minute. This company is atrocious!"
"My husband purchased for me this Christmas, two weeks later I noticed the handles were coming apart. I called the company and two - three laters I received my NEW purse....problem...not three weeks later the handles are coming apart. Cheap material. Will be calling for a refund."
"Be very careful if you are interested in buying anything from The Danbury Mint Online Store.
In June 2013, I personally ordered an article from that website. Later, I received different products I did not ordered. During the five following months, my credit card was charged 6 times $18.90 (= $113.40) instead of the initial $4.95. Up to now, the customer service did not answer any of my mails. After all, I cancelled my credit card.
Do not waste time and money. Do not place any order or give any banking data to that unreliable company. Credit Card scam!
Escroquerie!"
