The order form said two weeks to size the ring, they said it would take three weeks. It's been three weeks and still no word on the statis. "First of all, the web site did not recognize my address so I could not pay with a credit card through them at all, and second of all I received 3 separate emails with 3 different confirmation numbers. "Today is June 4, and I was trying to follow up on my order since I have not heard anything regarding my order other than confirming email. I tried to use online follow-up but was unable to complete the inquiry because I didn't have a 12 digit order number. The only number I received was a 5 digit confirmation number on the email. So I tried calling customer service at the 866 number and got a recording requesting my name and phone number. Left that information and haven't heard anything more. Tried calling the store customer service and was told they don't handle online customer service and to call the 866 number. So apparently, Daniel's has no customer service. They processed my credit card then promtly forgot me. Well, I will go out of my way to make sure Daniel's has no more customers since they can't afford to have customer service. I will be starting a campaign on Facebook to make sure no one in my circle does business with Daniels and put the word out to all their friends."
"The ring is lovely and I am very please with it. HOWEVER I had paid $20 extra for engraving and the ring was NOT engraved when I received it. I called the store as soon as I noticed and they ask me to ship it back so that it might be engraved. My wedding is coming up very soon so I declined the offer. They said they would refund my money without any fuss at all. Over all I am pleased with everything. "
"I ordered the touch of elegance mother's ring with 3 stones. Daniel's should have an indication on website that appearance of picture is larger than the actual stone(s), or use the actual stone size in the diagram instead of placing the size in a separate link. Also when you use the ring creater for the stones, the stones appear larger than the starting diagram with the clear stones. My fault for not checking to see what a 2.5mm in the link was BEFORE purchasing the ring. The ring itself was so lightweight and the stones so small, it actually reminded me of a child's gumball ring when I first saw it. I wouldn't have been disappointed with the ring itself if the stones were a little larger.

"I am not happy with this company at all! I ordered my wife a pendant on 12-10-09. No where on the website did it say that this item had stopped production on 12-07-09 so it would not even be shipped out until 1-08-10. Yet when we asked all we got was a runaround. I had to call the customer service number to get assistance. Then even they were rude even though it was their fault not mine!!Once again no where in the whole process did they mention that the factory would be closed that was making this pendant.We are very disappointed in this company and will never use it again!!"
