"I bought a cargo net for my Corolla, and when I picked it up from the parts department I asked for help putting it on. He said no it's very simple and printed out an instruction sheet for me. I believed him and came home to put it in. Well, the instructions were terrible and a small tool was missing from the box that was required to remove bolt cover in order to install the cargo net. I opened a chat with Darcars customer service and asked if I could get some help, and he said that someone would be contacting me to schedule a time to install it. That was almost a week ago and I haven't heard from you. The cargo net is still sitting in my garage because I can't install it. "

"If you ever order parts here always open your boxes and check the parts in front of them because if you take it home and the part is broken they will not accept the part back and will blame you. I bought a seat belt for my truck and I didn't check the part before leaving the dealer. days later I opened the box to install it and the seat belt was broken . I took it there and yes they said because you installed is yours. I assume they don't check parts before handle to the buyer "
