"Intake was ok; I found the service advisors somewhat standoffish and friendly but not the most helpful. Their waiting area, while spacious, did not have a lot of amenities. The chairs were worn; the only spaces to work were bar-height desks and stools, and all of their snacks (except for popcorn) had to be purchased from vending machines. At checkout the service advisor did not go over what was done and I found I had to reset a bunch of personalization settings on the car when I left. "

"I bought a cargo net for my Corolla, and when I picked it up from the parts department I asked for help putting it on. He said no it's very simple and printed out an instruction sheet for me. I believed him and came home to put it in. Well, the instructions were terrible and a small tool was missing from the box that was required to remove bolt cover in order to install the cargo net. I opened a chat with Darcars customer service and asked if I could get some help, and he said that someone would be contacting me to schedule a time to install it. That was almost a week ago and I haven't heard from you. The cargo net is still sitting in my garage because I can't install it. "
