I would give this no stars if I was able. It seems to be a universal problem that the car cover you order may or may not fit properly. The company does not disclose this at the time of purchase, and they do NOT stand by their product. They will not give you a full refund, but they will send you another type of cover with no guarantees that it will fit. I followed the installation instructions to no avail it simply would not fit.

"As most others complains, my experience was also subpar. Poor stitching quality, doesn't really fit and the tiny pieces of velcro are a joke. I think I could've done a better job myself.
As they say... buyer beware!!!"
"I am writing this as the fit was ok at best. I contacted the company and they noted the issue. They would contact me with a replacement when the fit was corrected on their side. I contacted them twice since the corrected fit notification and nothing.. I just would suggest if the fit is not good, send it back and get a refund. I am a year out and no updates, just been provided a song and dance to get me to let it go. A bit of a waste of $60.

"Having ordered a velour cover for a 2020 Toyota RAV4, I had both a good and bad experience. The company updated my address immediately after order placement as requested...but they sent a very poor-quality carpet cover instead. It was stunning that they would substitute material so obviously different and less costly than ordered. The cover looks cheap on the dash and paying over fifty dollars for it (shipping included) is not acceptable. However the item cannot be returned if its been used (the Velcro sticky covers were never removed and affixed to the dash but it did lay there for a couple days). Returns receive no refund of original shipping cost and must pay return shipping plus a ten dollar restocking fee. It would cost around twenty five dollars just for the privilege of returning it. At this point, ordering from this company is is a lesson in what not to do. "
" I got it directly from the same vendor directly from the website I received a poorly designed dash cover for my 1978 Ford F100 Truck that leaves several square inches of my padded dash exposed to sunlight.There's a notch in each end right on top of instead of behind,the dash pad.If I return it they'll charge 10% restocking fee& return shipping. That would be a fine 4 A product I'm not happy because I didn't like the color. But this is a design complaint that I could not foresee until I get the product and try to install it because the vendor fails to show the product installed on the sales page. "
"The suede leather dash cover for my PT Cruiser was not leather and did not look like leather. It also didn't sit very well and looked terrible. But what was worse was that I paid to have it shipped back and then never got my refund (less their hefty restocking fee). "

"I agree with George Resburg. I like the dash cover but after waiting almost two weeks for it to arrive I was really disappointed with he unfinished stitching. It looks like they stitched it from the wrong side. The back side actually looks better. I called to voice my concern and I was greeted by someone who really didn’t care or ask how things could be better but did not hesitate to tell me of the $10 restocking fee. I think they know that shipping and $10 restocking fee will prevent many from returning the Dash Mat. Not very impressed and their website has all glowing testimonials which can be hand picked unlike reviews that are not."

"I order my dashcover like any other joe and give them the info they need, i payed 50$ total , got my cover in 11 days and it was wrong color and didnt fit, it wasnt even the right year , and one im stuck where not only did i pay for shipping their wrong order now i gotta pay to ship it back and pay theyre restocking fee of 10$ !!! So in total i lose about 30$ and end up without a dash cover "
